1. Who we are

AMANI PARIS is a brand operated by BELLA CURVA LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (“AMANI PARIS”, “we”, “us”).

2. These terms

These terms apply to your use of amani.paris and to every order you place on it. By placing an order, you agree to them. Our Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, Warranty Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Our products

Every piece is made to order and personalized with the options you choose: birthstones, gemstones, initials, a name or charms.

Our pieces are made from stainless steel, finished in 18K gold plating or polished steel. Our birthstones are simulated birthstones made from cubic zirconia. Our gemstones are natural semi-precious stones, so each one varies in color, pattern and inclusions.

We do our best to show each piece accurately, but colors and sizes can look slightly different on your screen.

4. Personalization

We make each piece exactly as you enter it at checkout. You’re responsible for checking your stones, spelling and size before you order.

We may decline a personalization that is unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else’s rights. If we do, we cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email.

We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a piece was listed at an incorrect price, if we can’t make it, or if we suspect fraud.

You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as set out in our Returns Policy.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. If your card uses another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate, and we’re not responsible for any fees it charges.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers through a secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.

7. Offers and promotions

With the 2 for 1 offer, when you add two pieces to your bag the lower-priced one is free. The discount applies automatically at checkout. We may change or end any offer at any time; this doesn’t affect orders already placed.

8. Gift cards

Gift cards are digital, sent by email and can be used at checkout on amani.paris. They can’t be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it.

9. Shipping and delivery

Production times, delivery times, destinations and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. If we’re unable to ship your order within the time stated, we’ll email you and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

10. Returns

Outside the European Union, every piece is personalized and made to order, so all sales are final. If you live in the European Union, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase. The full rules are in our Returns Policy.

11. Warranty

Every piece comes with our 2-year limited warranty, set out in our Warranty Policy. To the extent the law allows, we give no other express warranty.

12. Safety

Jewelry may contain small parts and is not suitable for children under 3. Small parts can be a choking hazard. We recommend adult supervision when jewelry is worn by young children.

13. Marketing emails

We only send you marketing emails or text messages if you’ve agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each message. Placing an order doesn’t sign you up.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.

15. Intellectual property

The AMANI PARIS name, logo, designs, photographs, text and website content belong to BELLA CURVA LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

16. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any right you have as a consumer under the law of the place where you live.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute will be brought before the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

If something goes wrong, please email contact@amani.paris first: we’ll do our best to resolve it with you.

If you live in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
