2-Year Limited Warranty

Every AMANI PARIS piece comes with a 2-year limited warranty. If your piece develops a fault covered by this warranty, we replace it free of charge.

Who gives this warranty

This warranty is given by BELLA CURVA LLC, which operates AMANI PARIS, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Email: contact@amani.paris.

Who is covered

This warranty covers the person who bought the piece on amani.paris and anyone they gave it to as a gift. To make a claim, we need the order number or the email address used to place the order.

How long it lasts

The warranty lasts 2 years from the day your order is delivered. A replacement piece is covered for the remainder of the original 2 years.

What is covered

  • Manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship, such as a faulty clasp, a broken setting or a stone that comes loose.
  • Tarnishing with normal wear.
  • Discoloration of the plating with normal wear.

What is not covered

  • Everyday wear, including scratches and dents.
  • Loss or theft of the piece, or of a stone or charm that was not faulty.
  • Accidental damage, such as a piece that has been crushed, bent, pulled or dropped.
  • Damage caused by chemicals, such as bleach, household cleaners or abrasive polishes.
  • Repairs or changes made by anyone else.
  • A piece made exactly as you entered it at checkout, including the spelling, stones and size you selected.

What we will do

If your claim is covered, we replace your piece with the same piece and the same personalization, and we ship it to you, free of charge. If the piece is no longer made, we’ll offer you a comparable piece or refund the price you paid.

We replace rather than repair.

How to make a claim

  1. Email contact@amani.paris with your order number, a short description of the issue and a photo.
  2. We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
  3. In most cases a photo is enough. If we need the piece back, we’ll send you instructions.
  4. Once your claim is confirmed, we make your replacement and ship it to you.

Limits of this warranty

Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to 2 years from the day your order is delivered. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

BELLA CURVA LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from a fault in your piece. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

If you live in the European Union

This warranty comes on top of your legal guarantee of conformity and doesn’t replace or limit it. The limits in the section above don’t apply to your rights under that legal guarantee.
